[singlepic id=4 w=320 h=240 float=left]On August 13, 2008 in Seattle, WA, NOAA commissioned its newest vessel, OKEANOS EXPLORER, and decommissioned its oldest, JOHN N. COBB. The ships and their crews were honored in ceremonies on a beautiful day, with many NOAA employees and friends in attendance.
