ST. Paddy's Day Party

More than 50 of the NOFA Clan came to enjoy a Grand Evening or Irish-ness! There was serious Wearin’O’the Green. The Admiral and Cindy outdid themselves on some great Corned Beef and Cabbage with an aside of irresistible Grilled Ruben sandwiches. We all want Abigail Higgins’ Chocolate Cake recipe - it had a whole bottle of Guinness in it! It was fantastic. Thanks so much to all who brought Irish soda bread, brownies, cakes, salad etc., and great company. As they say in Ireland, “It Was Brilliant!”
